The Life Ribermine project keeps on giving results. The article “Geomorphic-based mine rehabilitation coupled with AMD chemical stabilisation in sulphide-rich ore deposits and soils: insights from a pioneering intervention at the Lousal mine, Iberian pyrite Belt”, published this month, presents the pilot area of Lousal, as well as the acid mining drainage which can be see on-site as a result of the work in the mine.
