LIFE RIBERMINE has been present at the 5th edition of Mining and Minerals Hall, MMH 2024, held in Seville from 15 to 17 October 2024 (https://mmhseville.com/informacion/#que-es). This event, organised by the Asociación de Empresas Investigadoras, Extractoras, Transformadoras Minero-Metalúrgicas, Auxiliares y de Servicios (AMINER) and Fibes, is an international benchmark for the mining industry.
On this occasion, there were 257 exhibitors, 1,300 congress participants registered, and more than 14,658 visitors, according to the curator of MMH 2024, Enrique Delgado. The event also includes project presentations and meetings between companies and organisations.
In this context, a poster explaining the LIFE RIBERMINE project was on display at the stand of the Asociación Red de Restauración de Minas y Canteras (https://restauracionminas.org/) in Hall 3, which was visited by many people interested in applying the best mining restoration techniques. LIFE RIBERMINE was also represented by Pedro Bueno (current project coordinator), Javier de la Villa (former coordinator), Cristina Martín Moreno and María Tejedor Palomino from the UCM partner, who gave details of the project to all those interested.
