On October 18th, 2023, a group visit took place to the beginning of the construction works of the kaolin mine “Virgen de la Torre (Peñalén, Guadalajara)”, funded by the European budget Next Generation. This restoration is a knowledge and technique transference from LIFE RIBERMINE. The joint visit was made by personnel of LIFE RIBERMINE, of the company in charge of the construction works (TRAGSA Guadajalara), of the company TRAGSA Comunidad de Madrid, who will transfer also solutions of LIFE RIBERMINE to granite quarries in Alpedrete (Madrid) and Harley Lacy, who gave two lectures the day after the visit, at a seminar organized by LIFE RIBERMINE.
